Our Call To Serve

The mission of the Women’s Ministry with the Blessed Mother Mary as our model, is to build fellowship and community among all the women of St. Mary’s through spiritual, social and service activities.

What we do

Various events planned throughout the year provide the women of our parish opportunities to deepen their faith and socialize with other women in our parish. We plan day retreats, presentations, spiritual book studies, recitation of the rosary, conduct prayer groups and chains and support the women of our parish as their needs arise.

Can you Serve?

All women of the parish are automatically members. Our activities strive to appeal to a wide range of women.

Did you Know?

  • We meet on Saturdays at 9:30 in the church to recite the rosary with special intentions in mind.
  • At Christmas, we make 300 ornaments to hand out to the women of the parish.
  • We host a Trivia Night in May for all parishioners and neighbors.
  • We do at least one book study each year.
  • We meet on the 3rd Thursdays of the month

Our Goals

  • Provide spiritual journey opportunities through our book studies, retreats and other discussion groups
  • Increase participation, especially with younger women and women with younger families
  • Increase participation from the mothers whose children attend St. Mary’s School
  • Increase social opportunities that reach to the broader parish community
