Altar Linen Ministry

Our Call to Serve

The Altar Linen Ministry serves an important role in making sure all of the altar cloths used in our liturgies are clean and ironed.

What we Do

Working from home on a rotating schedule, the Altar Linen team collects the purificators, corporals, towels and other soiled altar linens weekly, take them home to launder and iron them so that the altar from which the celebration of the Eucharist takes place is beautifully presented.

Can you Serve?

With a sufficient number of volunteers, we are called upon just a few times a year to help launder the altar linens.
